1. Overview
At Business Start Karo, we are committed to providing premium, timely, and transparent business compliance solutions. We maintain a fair refund and cancellation policy aligned with the nature of professional legal and government filing services.
2. Cancellation Prior to Government Filing
If a client decides to cancel an application before the dossier is filed on government portals (MCA, GSTN, Trademark Registry, or FSSAI), a 100% refund of professional fees will be issued, less an administrative processing charge of ₹499 for initial drafting and name search efforts.
3. Post-Filing Non-Refundable Components
Once an application is officially filed on a central or state ministry portal and government challans / transaction reference numbers (TRN/ARN) are generated, statutory government fees paid to the exchequer are strictly non-refundable by the ministry and cannot be returned.
4. Easy Payment Mode Protections
Our Easy Payment Mode is built precisely to minimize financial risk for startup founders. Under this model, you only pay an advance token to commence work. The Phase 2 balance fee is not due or requested until your registration certificate is granted by the relevant authority.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please email our finance desk at support@businessstartkaro.com citing your Application Number (e.g. BSK-2026-XXXX) and Invoice Number. Approved refunds are credited back to the original source method (UPI / Netbanking / Card) within 5 to 7 business banking days.
